Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 13 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ecomlearn.in and any purchase made through it. The website and the digital educational product described below are operated by Vivek Gupta, a sole proprietor doing business as ecomLearn (“ecomLearn”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Who operates ecomLearn

  • Operator / legal name: Vivek Gupta (sole proprietorship trading as ecomLearn)
  • Business location disclosed on this website: Uttar Pradesh, India
  • Email: care@ecomlearn.in
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +91 7800959794
  • Support hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (IST)
  • GST status: We are not registered under GST as of the effective date of these Terms.

2. Product and intended use

ecomLearn offers a one-time digital educational PDF/course about mobile phone repairing and related learning topics. The product is informational and educational; it is not a physical item, accredited qualification, job placement service, repair service, or promise of business success. The materials, format, modules, bonuses (if any), language and features included in a purchase are the items specifically described on the relevant product and checkout pages at the time of the order.

The current advertised purchase price is ₹197 for the digital product. The total amount shown at checkout immediately before payment is the amount you authorise. We do not currently represent ourselves as GST-registered or represent any GST identification number. If pricing, tax status or product inclusions change, the information shown before a future purchase will apply to that purchase.

3. Placing and confirming an order

Before paying, review the product description, price, your contact details and the policies linked at checkout. An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms a successful payment and the order is recorded or fulfilment begins. A payment authorisation or debit by itself may not establish that an order was successfully completed. We may contact you to resolve a payment or delivery issue. Do not send a card PIN, CVV, password or one-time password (OTP) to us by email or WhatsApp.

4. Digital delivery and access

Delivery is digital. After a successful payment confirmation, a download/access link is intended to appear on the confirmation screen and be sent through WhatsApp using the mobile number supplied at checkout. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. Please keep a copy of the downloaded material for personal use. We intend to provide lifetime access and free updates for the purchased product while the product remains supported and available. If a link fails or becomes inaccessible, contact support so that we can help restore access. See the Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds and payment issues

For purchases made on or after the effective date, refunds are limited to (a) a failed transaction where money was debited but the order was not successfully completed, and (b) duplicate payments for the same product. Requests are subject to verification and applicable law. We do not offer a general change-of-mind or outcome-based refund. This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Purchases made before the effective date remain subject to the terms and representations applicable when they were purchased, including any valid refund promise then advertised. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased materials for your own learning. You may keep a personal backup. You must not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce commercially, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing product from our materials without written permission, except to the extent a mandatory law permits such use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the applicable rights holder.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and any details needed to complete or troubleshoot your order, protecting your downloaded materials, and using the educational information lawfully and safely. Do not use course material to access, unlock, reset or alter a device unless you own it or have the owner’s clear lawful authorisation. You must not attempt to bypass security controls for an unlawful purpose or violate another person’s privacy, data or intellectual property rights.

8. Educational information; no guaranteed result

All course material is provided for general educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee income, employment, customers, repair success, certification, business growth or any particular result. Outcomes depend on the learner’s skills, practice, local demand, equipment, capital, conduct and other factors outside our control. Please review the Disclaimer.

9. Third-party services and links

Payments, messaging, hosting, analytics and advertising measurement may be provided by third parties such as our payment processor, WhatsApp/Meta, Google and website hosting or security providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent availability or policies, but this does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations to you.

10. Website availability and changes

We may update, correct or improve our website or educational materials. We aim to keep pages and downloads available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We will not use this clause to remove a right that has already accrued to a consumer or to avoid a mandatory legal obligation. Material changes to purchase terms will be published prospectively and will not retroactively cancel a consumer right.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ecomLearn is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from a user’s use of general educational information, inability to achieve a particular result, or actions performed on a device without appropriate skill or authorisation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, a failure to provide the purchased product, misrepresentation, or any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Complaints and dispute handling

Please contact our Grievance Officer, Vivek Gupta, at care@ecomlearn.in or +91 7800959794. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, or within any different mandatory statutory period that applies. These Terms are subject to the laws of India. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or other authority where legally entitled to do so.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, operations or applicable law. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will ordinarily govern that transaction, subject to mandatory law.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, email care@ecomlearn.in or call/WhatsApp +91 7800959794 during the support hours stated above.
