Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the digital mobile-repairing educational PDF/course offered by Vivek Gupta, sole proprietor trading as ecomLearn, on ecomlearn.in. It applies to new purchases made on or after the effective date, subject to applicable law.

1. When a refund may be requested

For new purchases, ecomLearn will review refund requests only in the following situations:

  • Failed transaction with money debited: your payment account was debited, but the payment/order ultimately failed or the digital product was not made available for that transaction.
  • Duplicate payment for the same product: you were charged more than once for the same product/order due to a duplicate transaction.

These categories do not limit any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may arise if a product was not supplied, was materially misdescribed, or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

2. No general change-of-mind or outcome-based refund

Except as stated above or where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, does not use or download it, is dissatisfied with their own results, or does not achieve a particular learning, repair, employment or income outcome. The product is educational information and no result is guaranteed. This section does not exclude a legally mandatory remedy for non-delivery, misrepresentation, deficiency in service or other consumer protection rights.

3. How to submit a request

Email care@ecomlearn.in with the subject line “Refund Request – ecomLearn”, or contact us at +91 7800959794. Please provide:

  • the name and mobile number used for the purchase;
  • purchase date and amount;
  • the order ID or transaction/reference number, if available;
  • whether the issue is a failed debit or a duplicate payment; and
  • a bank/payment-app screenshot or statement excerpt showing the transaction, with unrelated transactions and sensitive details hidden where possible.

Never send your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP. We may request reasonable additional information to verify the issue, but will not ask for authentication secrets.

4. Review and decision

We will check our order records and, where necessary, consult the payment processor or payment network to confirm the transaction status. If a failed payment is still pending or later reverses automatically, we may ask you to allow the bank/payment provider’s normal reconciliation period before a separate refund is initiated. If the records confirm a duplicate successful payment, we will review the duplicate amount for refund. We may ask clarifying questions where the records do not match.

5. Processing time and method

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 5–7 working days. Refunds will normally be routed to the original payment method or source where the payment provider supports this. The bank, card issuer, UPI app or payment provider may require additional time to credit or display the refund; that part of the timing is outside our direct control. We will share available status information if you contact us.

6. Digital delivery and cancellation

The product is delivered digitally and there is no physical shipment to cancel. A request to stop a pending or duplicate payment will be handled according to the actual transaction status and the payment provider’s capabilities. Downloading or opening the file does not remove any non-waivable statutory right, but access or non-use alone does not create a general change-of-mind refund entitlement under this policy.

7. Purchases before this policy

This policy does not retroactively remove terms, offers or consumer rights that applied when an earlier purchase was made. In particular, any earlier purchase made while a 7-day or 100% refund promise was expressly advertised will be assessed against the offer and applicable terms in effect at that time, together with applicable law.

8. Payment provider reversals

Some failed transactions are reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider. Please check the transaction status with the provider using the transaction reference. If the debit remains unresolved, contact us with the required details and we will help investigate. Payment-provider terms may also apply to transaction processing, without replacing our responsibility to address the purchase issue.

9. Complaints and contact

Contact Vivek Gupta, Grievance Officer, at care@ecomlearn.in or +91 7800959794. Support hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (IST). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, or within any different mandatory statutory period. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer’s rights under applicable law.
