  • Transaction and fulfilment information: order number, transaction reference, amount, payment status, date/time, product purchased, delivery status and refund correspondence. • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, page views, referral URLs, timestamps, cookie identifiers, click IDs and interactions with the website, depending on hosting, security, analytics and advertising configuration.
  • Advertising/conversion events: events such as a page visit, checkout or completed purchase, together with identifiers or matching data permitted by the relevant platform and applicable law. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API are among the tools you have indicated are used on the site.

3. Why we use information

We may process information to (a) take and verify orders; (b) deliver the digital product and provide lifetime access or updates; (c) answer support requests and investigate failed or duplicate payments; (d) protect the site, detect fraud or abuse and maintain records; (e) comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or payment-provider requirements; (f) measure site and campaign performance; and (g) measure or optimise advertising where permitted. We do not sell personal data.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may share the minimum information reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the business, including:

  • Payment processing: our checkout/payment provider (the current checkout identifies Cashfree) and relevant banks or payment networks, to process and reconcile payments and refunds.
  • Delivery and communications: WhatsApp/Meta and other messaging, hosting, website, email or technical providers needed to send access links or respond to you.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (including GA4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (including Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure visits, conversion events or campaigns where configured.
  • Professional or public authorities: advisers, law enforcement, regulators or other parties where disclosure is reasonably required by law, legal process, security or the protection of rights.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Depending on their infrastructure and configuration, information may be processed on servers outside your state or outside India, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards. We do not authorise service providers to sell your data for their own purposes through our instructions, but their independent practices are governed by their own terms.

5. Storage and retention

We do not sell customer data and do not intend to maintain a separate marketing database beyond what is needed to operate the service. However, it would be inaccurate to promise that no data is stored anywhere. Order records, transaction status, support messages, technical logs, backups and analytics/ad-platform records may be stored by us or by service providers as needed to deliver the product, resolve disputes, secure the site, comply with law or measure advertising. Retention periods vary by record type and provider. We seek to keep identifiable information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or as required by law, after which it should be deleted or de-identified where practicable.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security and checkout, plus analytics and advertising tools. Depending on their configuration, Google and Meta technologies may use identifiers or receive information about page views, device/browser activity and conversion events. Meta Conversions API can send event information from the server side; therefore, clearing browser cookies alone may not stop every server-side event transmission. See our Cookie Policy for more detail. We will use consent or preference controls where required by applicable law and will provide reasonable means to raise a request about consent or tracking.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we can reasonably identify, or to withdraw a consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required, necessary for a transaction, or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can also manage browser cookies and advertising preferences through available browser/platform controls. A request does not require you to share passwords, OTPs, full card information or other authentication secrets.

8. Security

We aim to use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No website, messaging channel, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive payment credentials or unnecessary personal information over email or WhatsApp.

9. Children

The product is intended for general learners and purchasers who can lawfully enter into a purchase. If a child uses the material, a parent or lawful guardian should supervise the use and purchase. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data inappropriately; we will review the request under applicable law.

10. Legal compliance and changes

We handle information in accordance with applicable Indian law and will adapt our practices as relevant provisions of data-protection laws and rules become applicable. This notice is not a statement that a regulator has certified our compliance. We may update it when our services, tools or legal obligations change.

11. Privacy complaints and contact

For data-related questions, requests or complaints, contact Vivek Gupta at care@ecomlearn.in or +91 7800959794. Include enough information for us to identify your request, such as the order reference or mobile number used, but never include a password, PIN, CVV or OTP. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, or any mandatory period applicable by law.
